Fire Alarm Control Panels

Overview

The Loganetics CE-4224 is a conventional fire alarm control panel equipped with four initiating zones and two notification appliance circuits (NACs). Designed with collectors and hobbyists in mind, the CE-4224 includes two auxiliary power outputs, with one being interrupted whenever the system is reset. The panel provides LED indicators for system status and zone annunciation, along with four control switches for direct user operation.

• Initiating Zones: 4 unsupervised dry-contact inputs compatible with pull stations, 4-wire smoke detectors, mechanical heat detectors, and relay contacts from other systems

• Notification Appliance Circuits (NACs): 2 unsupervised outputs designed for 24 VDC signaling devices

• Auxiliary Power Outputs:

  • • Constant Output: Provides uninterrupted 24 VDC auxiliary power via the main input terminals; always active

    • Resettable Output: Provides 24 VDC auxiliary power that is interrupted during system reset cycles; suitable for devices requiring a power cycle to be reset

• Power Requirements: Operates on a 24 VDC filtered & regulated power supply

• Status Indicators: Dedicated LEDs for system status and zone annunciation (Zones 1–4)

• Control Interface: 4 physical switches for direct control of system functions

• Expansion Header: Side-mounted pin header for expansion cards

The Loganetics CE‑1124 is a 1‑zone, 1‑NAC conventional fire alarm control panel built with the same design philosophy as its big brother, the CE‑4224. It offers straightforward operation, LED status indication, and the familiar Loganetics control interface. With both constant and resettable auxiliary power outputs, it supports a wide range of devices while keeping your setup simple.

Overview

The CH-4U is a chassis designed to hold Loganetics control panels and cards. This chassis can accommodate up to 4 units. The CE-1124 and CE-4224 each take up 2 units of space, and a standard card takes up 1 unit of space. Future, larger cards will be double-width and will take up 2 units of space. The CH-4U comes with 8 pre- installed brass standoffs for board mounting, each of which are 15mm tall. 

Using the two mounting tracks, users can install it inside of a Honeywell® or Ademco® security panel cabinet, allowing them to repurpose one as a custom fire panel cabinet. The CH-4U can also be directly installed onto a wood board or wall.
